Do You Like Playing With Fire?
If the answer is yes, then you should consider joining our team! Elegant Fireside and Patio in Plano is now hiring installers, helpers, sales staff, and service technicians.
All positions available to start immediately. Starting pay for the first 90 days is $110 per day. After 90 days if you like us, and we like you; we would love to have you join our team. All training is paid!
Job Requirements
Service Technicians / Installers
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow instructions. (manuals, training material, etc..)
- Must be able to lift at least 80lbs.
- Must not have a fear of heights, ladders, or roofs.
- A basic working knowledge of hand and power tools.
- MUST HAVE COMMON SENSE!
- You must be a problem solver. The ability to innovate in the field is key!
- Basic math skills are required.
- Be on time. Every time.
- Most importantly you must be a team player, and a good team mate!
Applicants with previous hearth industry experience will be compensated based on certifications held, and the number of years on the job.
Service technicians and installers work from 8:30 am until the jobs are done. Oct-Feb is a 6 day work week with paid overtime and bonuses. Summer months are typical 25-35 hour weeks. You will be sent to training schools both locally and out of town, and must be able to attain an NFI certification through testing and apprenticeship. All travel is paid and regular salaries will be paid during all training.
Helpers
- Must be able to lift at least 80lbs.

Sales Staff

- Must have patience with people in general, and be friendly.
- MUST HAVE COMMON SENSE!
- You must be a problem solver. The ability to innovate in the field is key!
- Basic math skills are required.
- Be on time. Every time.
- Most importantly you must be a team player, and a good team mate!
Applicants with previous hearth industry experience will be compensated based on certifications held, and the number of years on the job.
Sales staff works from 9:50am -6pm. Oct-Feb is a 6 day work week. Overtime, bonuses, and commission are paid. Sales staff hours stay consistent throughout the year. You will have to work Saturdays. Commission rates average around 4-5% on top of your salary after 6 months.
You will be sent to training schools both locally and out of town, and must be able to attain an NFI certification through testing and apprenticeship. All travel is paid and regular salaries will be paid during all training.
