I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your services. Today’s visit with Dan was the best ever and the services in the past were great too, but I just had to comment about how wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful Dan was. He was very polite and although, there didn’t seem to be much wrong with my testy gas fireplace, he never made me feel stupid and went above and beyond to go through everything and touch up, clean up, and rearrange things so everything would continue to work properly. He clearly didn’t have any issues getting the fireplace to work, but he still went the extra mile. That was one of the best experiences in service I’ve ever had.
I give your company’s name out to several people within my neighborhood and friends in other areas and have always felt really good about recommending your company, but you can bet from here on out, I’ll be saying request Dan.
